Thank you Keith! It's for sure hard to envision. For now, I think playing around with more ways to work outside of the traditional job model (ie it always has to be at the same rigid hours, etc.) would have to be part of the solution, as labor by its nature won't always be able to neatly wait until after 5. I think the rise of working from home due to the pandemic has allowed some people (whether they admit to their bosses or not) to mix and match better between doing work and the rest of the labor of their life.
